The Public Park in Dunfermline is hosting the ‘Fresh Air Festival’ this Saturday with a full programme of family entertainment, more information on which can be seen on the following Facebook page www.facebook.com/pages/Dunfermline-Public-Park/253354251463542. Part town fete, sports day and music festival, the event starts at 12pm and you’ll find lots to do. You can take part in American football, skateboarding, Frisbee, tennis, kick boxing, mini golf and horseriding and even one of the most exciting new events for this year: slacklining. At a more chilled pace, there are arts projects, nature displays and a treasure hunt among other activities.
Most events are free or very low cost so that the festival is an affordable family day out
